Pendo is an SXM product experience platform that helps companies improve their software by understanding user behavior and guiding them within the app—across web, mobile, SaaS, AI, and agentic experiences.
The objective of this project was to lead the end-to-end redesign and build-out of Pendo’s website. This included designing multiple landing pages, content sections, and detailed supporting pages to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience, clearly communicating Pendo’s product capabilities and value to a diverse audience.
The dashboard for Pendo is a catalyst for providing information on relevant customer interactions and usage—across web, mobile, SaaS, AI, and agentic experiences.
This was their pilot dashboard so after research, data indicated to include the following modules: (1) account feature usage within a set time duration (2) polls on important use cases (3) visitors defined within a set time duration. Included were two (2) unique samples of left navigation presented in a "hover" state or "always on display"—the latter proved in favor after several rounds of user tests.
In the final stages of Pendo’s website redesign, I was also tasked with designing their news-focused site, “Pendo Craft,” centered on business and productivity. The platform featured content ranging from news and leadership tips to product analytics and user polls on trending business and productivity topics.
